I’m Angela Rose (Ang) — dance pollinator, sound healer, and ceremonialist devoted to weaving movement, music, art and ritual into spaces of connection and transformation. I am here to create and hold space for deep rest, authentic expression, healing, and freedom through ceremonial dance, therapeutic sound, and earth-rooted practices.Arose Blooming is my heart project — my purpose — a living prayer to raise the vibration on Earth by creating space for collective transformation and true connection. I believe in movement as a path of liberation and remembering, a way for people to come home to themselves and reconnect with the truth that lives in the body.My work blends the medicine of grief alchemy, sound, and movement to help others drop into their bodies, open their hearts, and remember their innate ability to heal, express, and belong. I’m a traveler, an explorer, and a forever-curious student of life. The outdoors is my place of worship, and I’m deeply passionate about adventure, nature, sustainability, and animals. This time of year holds a lot — holiday cheer alongside the heaviness and quiet of winter. I’m feeling called to hold space for both.
On Saturday, Dec 27 (3–5pm), I’m hosting a gathering at The Harmony Mountain House to create space for rest, release, and expectation free artistic expression.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute sound journey to help the nervous system settle and the body open. Then we’ll create art together — not to make something “good,” but to let what’s inside move outward.
This is an invitation to slow down, unravel a little, and be supported in your surrender.
