We’re gathering as women to move.
To feel.
To express.
To be seen by each other.

Because the truth is.. we ARE the divine.
And it’s a conscious choice to live that… or not.
This night is about choosing it.

Choosing to be in your body.
Choosing to let your fire be felt.
Choosing to take up space in your truth.

Through guided movement + sound healing, we’ll create a space where:
your aliveness is welcome
your emotions have somewhere to go
your expression gets to exist without judgment
